Is a cosmetic nose job now a supplement to "corrective jaw surgery"?

I'm with you on this one, I hate how those hypocrites accuse others of finding a job and getting off their azzes when all they're doing is sIutting themselves off and getting surgery behind everyone's back. But nope, people are totally fine with it.
