How do guys really feel about fake breasts vs. asymmetrical?

I have lived with asymmetrical breasts for years now and its killing me. They are noticeable (2 cup size difference) and please don't reply saying men don't notice because the few i have let see my breasts commented on it, not bad comments but comments none the less. I know the most attractive thing in a woman is confidence but i can't make my self feel confident about this. I want to have corrective plastic surgery but I want to know how men really feel about fake breasts. I don't want to start feeling better about myself and then be put down by discovering men find fake breasts unattractive....
