Politically correct word for PLASTIC SURGERY? And no it is not CORRECTIVE?

It used to be called plastic surgery, at least that's why I remember since I was almost a baby! Lately I see "corrective". I can also think of "beauty enhancement". But somehow I believe there is another term much better accepted by professionals in the field. Does anyone know the term I'm talking about?
