Disabled and need a job ..... what can i do i am deaf bilatterally(recently happened) what job can i do?

I was recently in a coma and when i came out of it I had loss of hearing in both ears... I have hearing aids and they help a little but I feel so out of the picture and lost, I am 27 years old and I need a job but I'm just not quite sure what I can do. Prior to my coma I was a teaching assistant, I don't have any other skills ... HELP! what can i do? I need income on top of my ssi and ssd in order to survive! Any ideas on what I could do for employment?
