How long can someone be in a coma before the hospital forces the parents to pull the plug?

Nobody can force anybody to do that. I was in a coma for almost 6 months, and I'm great today. Pulling the plug is a choice, and inability to wake up is not a coma exactly, it requires some kind of trauma. if that's your story, it's pure fiction, so keep it up.
