Second Life. how can I delete my account ? I've received the e-mail, i need to do something else ?

I have deleted my Second life account after one day , and i've received the e-mail where they told me that my account is actually deleted BUT have a question . My account was for free so , i need to pay something ? I repeat : i didn't play the game . Need some answers , please !
