Solution to a corrective fix?

My breasts got large fast when I was younger. It seems at around 14 or so they STOPPED growing all together. Ive noticed lately that my breasts are odd shaped and not as round as they should be. Ive honestly considered getting implants (my cup size) to fix this problem. I feel really self conscious about it, especially when it comes to intimacy. Ive checked numerous breast empowerment sites. No one has my same breast or nipple appearance. Though None of my previous partners have said anything, but I can only imagine what they must be thinking. But, the cons list outweigh the pros and I dont want to be viewed as a "fake". Im stuck in a bind and really dont know what to do.
