Will I be able to collect unemployment in California?

In feb. I was given my review and was told I was performing below and told to sign saying that in 2 weeks my manager would follow up with me. Two months later I am given a corrective action plan and was told to sign this time I refused. I have been doing everything possible to avoid getting fired and have improved in the areas told to improve on, but according to my manager I haven't.She told me that I need to be a "b****" to do the job. She keeps telling me that in another 2 weeks we will follow up the write up and then 2 weeks later I will be terminated. She makes it sound like I don't even have a chance,when I refused she kept trying to convince me to sign or initial I denied. If I get fired for not "improving" (according to her) will i be denied unemployment benefits? I have been with the company for 2 years as a full time employee and am the #1 with sales and with all the other add on's the company asks of us.
