Can I get Social Security/disability for having bilateral club foot?

I was born with bilateral club foot. I had corrective surgery on both feet as a baby. However, growing up there has been a ton of pain and issues. I'm unable to do a lot because of it. I just turned 18 and graduated from high school. However, recently I had two surgeries on my right foot which was the more severely clubbed foot. Now I can't work and I've had to stay at home taking classes online and pretty much living in my bed. My family really can't afford to have me staying here when even my younger sister has a job and pays for everything herself. I have already been denied once and am currently in the process of appealing because there's really no way I can support myself. I need advice on what I can do.
