What should I do as a parent?
I have a little girl who has been in a coma for 3 yrs. she is 11 years old. her brain and heart are still working properly. but her brain is confused and can't wake it self up. She doesn't need oxygen so doctors don't feel like she is being kept alive with life support or they would have recommended i pull the plug. But i can't keep her at my house any longer since my other children don't feel good when she is around. I was wondering if there are places that can take her? Our hospital can't because it only has 30-something beds and the largest hospital is 2 hrs. away and they said they will only take her if she is dying. Are there homes out there that i could send my daughter too? People who would care for her?
