What do you think about Bristol Palin's new face (pic)?

I liked it better before the surgery. She shouldn't preach about how hard it is to be a single mother. She certainly isn't feeling the pinch. Her mother makes more than enough to take care of the baby unlike most single moms working or on welfare.
