Should she have handled this better? ?

he most definently could have died and she should feel bad. I bet he hasnt told his parents because if he did he wouldnt get a say in charging her or not. She needs to tell someone. Her parents would be a good start! Parents are wise, they have been through everything and know what the right thing to do is. I'm not a parent but my parents were amazing!
