My dog won't toilet train!?!?

im not an expert but seriously don't u think u should've tried to fix this two years ago before it became a routine thing? its probably just because she doesn't like the crate. maybe shes claustrophobic. 6 hours is a long time to be stuck in one place. why does she even need a crate just buy her a dog bed and have her sleep on that
