Just began wearing Freshlooks Colorblends & my eyes are "dry" & itchy?

As a 1st time corrective lens user, I close to go right to colored contacts. I love the color, and the ability to actually SEE BETTER finally (& I'm not a fan of wearing glasses on myself, hate the way they look)..Anyhow, I've noticed my eyes feel dry (using ReNu Rewetting drops helps) and they feel "itchy". I quote itchy 'cause it feels like I need to rub my eyes. No redness or any other irritations. Is this normal as one gets "used to" contacts, or could it be the Freshlook brand? I have read (here on Yahoo) some say Freshlooks are uncomfortable. Any advice, thoughts, suggestions, information would all be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
