If someone went into a coma at the age of 5 and woke up at 25, what would they be like if they woke up?

i have to do a story, and i thought this would be a good idea, but maybe include like the world is gone and he/she is the only one left etc and i wondered if this would be possible, coz i want to make it sound real?? thanks
