3 week sharp stomach pain?

On april I had given birth to my premature baby because of a kidney infection that lead to having an phenomena than an a coma. Its been 2 months now and I had already had my period a couple weeks ago but a few days before my period I've been having this sharp stomach pain about twice a day. Its been 3 weeks now and U still have this sharp pain everyday, I don't know whats wrong with me. Could it possibly be from my kidney infection?
